| 前列腺六跨膜上皮抗原 1（STEAP1），又称为 PRSS2，一种六次跨膜蛋白，具有 N 端和 C 端均在细胞内的结构，属于 STEAP 家族，该家族还包含成员 STEAP1B、STEAP2、 STEAP3、STEAP4。其中，STEAP1B 是 STEAP1 的截短同源物，是一个四次跨膜蛋白。 STEAP1 在前列腺上皮细胞中高表达，但在其他正常组织中表达较低，在前列腺癌、膀胱 癌、肺癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症中高表达。STEAP1 参与细胞内的氧化还原反应，可能在铁 代谢和细胞增殖中发挥作用。 | |||
